A bladder neck stricture occurs when men have obstructing prostatic tissue in the urethra or when scar tissue develop in the urethra causing obstruction to the urine flow.

Condition Information

 

A bladder neck stricture occurs when men have obstructing prostatic tissue in the urethra or when scar tissue develop in the urethra causing obstruction to the urine flow.

The bladder neck stricture is treated by making an incision or cut in the bladder neck or stricture to allow normal urine flow.

The Revolix laser can be used to make the incision in the tissue.
